I'm also widely certified in many areas of construction including, construction Apprentice Pathway, HAZPOWER, OSHA  certified 30 hours, Confined Space Mathematics for Construction Trades  and RSO

Tishman Speyer Properties, New York, NY.:

Three tenant fit-outs for Tishman Speyer in Rockefeller Center. Designed  by Gensler Architecture. The scopes included upgrades to the MEP systems. New swanky glass partitions, state of the art conference rooms, pantries, high end receptions and lobby.

Hartford Group, New York, NY

Renovation of 6,000 corporate office space including new glass office fronts. new finishes, MEP and Pantry at 100 Williams Street. The space was design by Hellyer Berman Lewis Inc.

JP Morgan Chase, 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY

Interior reconfiguration and Renovation of corporate office space following specific method of procedures specialized by the bank. Scope included removal of existing offices to convert to an open area working environment with new upgrades finishes.

Liberty Mutual, Valley Stream, NY.

Renovation of corporate office space. Scope of work included new partitions, pantries, lighting and finishes. Working hand-in hand with the design team was successfully met the aggressive project schedule.

Build-out of state-of-the-art HD TV programming facility. Four separate temperature sensitive. pressured rooms with new racks, controls, lighting and mechanical systems.
